In The Relæ Academy you can do an internship in the butchery at BÆST, the kitchen at Relæ or even at the Farm of Ideas. Farm of Ideas
Join the Farm of Ideas to get hands-on experience with the farm-to-table and market gardening movement. You will be working in the fields with many different vegetable varieties and you will be in close dialogue with our farm chefs who provide the link between our restaurants and the farm.
At Relæ you will do an internship with a team of dedicated chefs focusing on the technique and precision in the kitchen, making Relæ the more gastronomic restaurant in the family. You will be working with fresh produce from our farm, Farm of Ideas as well as meats from different animals and sustainable seasonal fish.
