Front of House

We are looking for highly professional front of house staff with experience for our restaurants. So if you are passionate about sustainable agriculture, organic food or untampered wine we want to hear from you!

Christian F. Puglisi and his team are looking for more highly professional staff with experience for our successful restaurants Relæ, Manfreds, BÆST and Mirabelle.

About you

  • First of all, you have experience as either waiter, sommelier, bartender or barista.
  • You are passionate about organic food, wine, coffee and cocktails made with high-quality ingredients.
  • You see yourself working with us for a year and preferably longer, full-time or part-time.
  • You work professionally and stay cool, even in the busiest hours
  • On the floor, you are serviceminded, efficient and a great communicator.
  • You take responsibility and act quickly and independently.

BÆST Pizza Chef

Want to be a key ingredient in the “3rd best pizza in Europe”? We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated pizza chef to join the team at BÆST.

Alongside making our famous sourdough pizza, you’ll have the opportunity to make hand-stretched mozzarella, burrata and charcuterie – all of which we produce in-house, with ingredients from our own farm.

At BÆST, we do things a little differently. Everyone gets a slice of the action, from waiters topping the pizza to chefs taking the order. Do you have what it takes to become a part of the Relæ Community?

The position is full time.

About you

  • English speaking – this is the working language of the Relæ Community
  • No qualifications needed – we just ask for a can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn
