And that’s a wrap! While the farm will still be sending some produce to the restaurants in the Relæ Community, the growing season is over and the supply has dried up for Fredagsgrønt subscribers.

It’s been an intense season: we’ve moved farms; we’ve held a festival; we’ve wrestled with squash (oh so much squash), fallen back in love with tomatoes and ended up in a fava bean frenzy; we’ve made plenty of mistakes – most notably when an intern mistook male and female courgette flowers and ended up harvesting a cool 400 pieces before realising that we couldn’t use them; but we’ve had even more amazing successes.

It’s been a wild ride and we want to thank everyone who has been a part of it, from subscribers to readers to volunteers. We’re sure by this point you know what you’re doing, so this week we’re offering a look back at some cherished memories instead of a recipe: a feast for your eyes and your soul!
